2. 7-Day Defect & Non-Delivery Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our content. We honor full refund requests within 7 days of original transaction under the following documented circumstances:

• Unresolvable Corrupted Files: The downloaded file archive is damaged and our technical engineering support cannot provide a corrected copy within 48 hours.

3. Refund Processing
