Cancellation Policy

Cancelling as a customer

• You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is shipped — open My orders and choose Cancel order, or contact us with your order number.
• Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but you can refuse delivery or return eligible items after delivery under our Return Policy.
• Customised and personalised orders can be cancelled only before production starts (usually within 12 hours of ordering).
• Gift card orders cannot be cancelled once the card has been emailed.

Cancellations by us

We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, the payment fails verification, there is a pricing error, or we detect suspicious activity. You'll be notified by email/SMS and receive a full refund.

Unpaid online orders

If you choose online payment and the payment is not completed, the items are held for 60 minutes and the order is then cancelled automatically.

Refunds for cancelled orders

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Store credit, gift card balance, reward points and coupons used on the order are restored. See the Refund Policy for timelines.
