3. Why we use your data
- To fulfil your orders — processing payments, packing, shipping, delivery updates, returns, refunds and invoices.
- To run your account — sign-in (including one-time passwords), saved addresses, wishlist, rewards, referrals and store credit.
- To support you — answering questions, tickets and complaints.
- To keep the store safe — preventing fraud, misuse of coupons, fake reviews and unauthorised access.
- To improve the store — understanding which pages and products work well (only with your consent for non-essential analytics cookies).
- To send marketing — newsletters, offers and back-in-stock alerts, only if you opted in. Every message has an unsubscribe link.
- To meet legal duties — tax, accounting, consumer-protection and law-enforcement requirements.
4. Who we share data with
We share only what each partner needs to provide its service, under contracts that require them to protect your data:
- Payment gateways — Razorpay, PhonePe, Cashfree and, for international cards, Stripe and PayPal process your payment under their own privacy policies and RBI / PCI-DSS requirements.
- Shipping partners — Shiprocket and courier companies it works with (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC and India Post) receive your name, phone number and delivery address to deliver your order.
- Communication providers — our email, SMS and WhatsApp Business service providers, to send order updates and one-time passwords.
- Analytics and advertising — Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Merchant Center), Microsoft Clarity and Meta (Pixel and Conversions API). These receive device and usage data, and — for conversion measurement — hashed contact details, only where you have accepted analytics and marketing cookies.
- Sellers on our marketplace — if you buy from an independent seller, they receive the details needed to pack and ship your order.
- Hosting and IT providers — who host our website, databases and backups.
- Authorities — when required by law, a court order or to protect our rights and customers.
We never sell your personal data.
