Format

All books are supplied as PDF files that open on phones, tablets and computers with any standard PDF reader.

Delivery

No physical item is shipped. After payment, books appear instantly under My Account → Downloads and a confirmation email is sent.

Access period

Downloads are available for 1 year from purchase unless a product page states a different limit. Some titles may also limit the number of downloads; the limit is shown on the product page and in your account.

Secure links

Download links are generated on demand, tied to your account and expire shortly after creation. Do not share them — they will not work for anyone else.

Lost files

If your access has expired and you need the book again, contact support with your order number and we will help.
