Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to most PIN codes across India through Shiprocket and its courier partners, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees and India Post. Enter your PIN code on any product page to check delivery and Cash on Delivery availability. We currently do not ship outside India.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above.
• A flat fee of ₹79 applies to orders below that amount.
• Cash on Delivery orders carry a fee of ₹49.
• Remote areas (for example parts of the North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep) may have a different fee, which is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery time

• In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Metro cities: usually 2–4 days after dispatch. Rest of India: 4–7 days. Remote areas: up to 10 days.
• Customised items take an extra 3–5 business days to make.
• Delivery can take longer during sales, festivals, extreme weather or local restrictions.

Tracking

When your order ships you'll get the courier name and tracking number by email and SMS/WhatsApp. You can also follow it on our Track order page or in My orders.

Delivery attempts

Couriers make up to three delivery attempts. Please keep your phone reachable. If delivery fails after three attempts, the parcel returns to us; prepaid orders are refunded minus the shipping fee, and repeated refusals of Cash on Delivery orders may lead to COD being disabled on the account.

Damaged parcels

Please don't accept a parcel that is visibly tampered with. If you notice damage after opening, report it within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace or refund the item.
