Gift Card Policy

- Amazebazaar Fashion e-gift cards are delivered by email and can be redeemed on https://amazebazaar.com/ only.
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, in line with RBI guidelines on prepaid payment instruments, unless a longer validity is stated.
- They can be used across multiple orders until the balance is used up, or added to the recipient's store wallet.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, reloaded, resold or used to buy other gift cards.
- If the order value exceeds the card balance, the difference can be paid by any other available method.
- If an order paid with a gift card is cancelled or returned, the amount is credited back to the gift card or your store wallet.
- Treat the gift card code like cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen codes, but please contact us immediately so we can block an unused balance.
- Gift card purchases are non-refundable once the card has been sent.
