Warranty Policy

Products listed with a warranty on their product page are covered against manufacturing defects for the period shown (for example 6 months on plating).
Covered
- Plating that peels or fades unusually quickly under normal wear and proper care
- Stones falling out because of a faulty setting
- Clasps, locks or screw-backs that fail in normal use
Not covered
- Normal wear and tear, scratches and dents
- Damage from water, sweat, perfume, chemicals, chlorine or sea water
- Broken chains or earrings due to pulling, snagging or accidents
- Loss or theft; alterations or repairs by third parties
- Products without warranty mentioned on the product page
How to claim
Raise a support ticket from your order with photos of the issue and your invoice. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product, or issue store credit if the design is no longer available. Follow our Jewelry Care Instructions to keep your warranty valid.
