Seller Policy

This policy sets the quality and conduct standards for sellers on Amazebazaar Fashion.

Product quality

• Plating should be even with no exposed base metal; stones must be firmly set; clasps and hooks must work smoothly.
• Products should be nickel-safe where claimed and free from sharp edges.
• Each item must ship in a pouch or box with a tag showing SKU and material.

Photography

• At least three clear photos on a plain background, plus a scale or on-model photo. No watermarks, borders or text overlays on the first image.
• Photos must show the actual product, not renders or another brand's images.

Pricing

MRP must be genuine and include all taxes. Inflating MRP to show a fake discount is not allowed.

Performance standards

• Order cancellation rate below 2%
• Dispatch within 2 business days for at least 95% of orders
• Quality-related return rate below 5%
• Response to support queries within 24 hours

Prohibited conduct

Contacting customers outside the platform, asking for reviews in exchange for discounts, writing fake reviews, and listing prohibited or counterfeit items lead to suspension.
