Vendor Terms

These Vendor Terms apply to independent sellers ("Sellers") who list products on Amazebazaar Fashion. They form an agreement between the Seller and Amazebazaar.com in addition to our general Terms and Conditions.

1. Registration

• Sellers must provide accurate business details, a valid PAN, a bank account in the Seller's name and, where required by law, a GSTIN. We may verify these and reject or suspend applications at our discretion.
• Sellers are responsible for keeping their dashboard credentials secure.

2. Listings

• Listings must be accurate and complete: material, plating, stones, weight, dimensions, country of origin and care instructions, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011.
• Sellers must own the rights to all images and designs. Counterfeit, replica-brand, prohibited or unsafe products are not allowed.
• New listings may be reviewed before they go live.

3. Orders and fulfilment

• Sellers must pack and mark orders ready for pickup within 2 business days, using secure, tamper-evident packaging.
• Repeated cancellations, late dispatch or high return rates due to quality may lead to reduced visibility or suspension.

4. Commission and payouts

• We charge the commission shown in the Seller dashboard on the selling price of each delivered item. Earnings (sale value minus commission) are added to the Seller's balance when an order is delivered.
• Amounts for returned items are deducted from the balance.
• Sellers can request a withdrawal when the balance exceeds the minimum payout. Payouts are made to the registered bank account or UPI ID, after any TDS/TCS required by law.

5. Returns and customer service

Sellers accept returns under our customer Return Policy. We handle customer communication; Sellers must respond to our queries within 24 hours.

6. Compliance

Sellers are responsible for their own taxes, invoices where applicable, licences and compliance with Indian law.

7. Termination

Either party may end this agreement with 15 days' notice. We may suspend a Seller immediately for fraud, counterfeit goods, unsafe products or serious breach. Pending balances are settled after open returns are closed.

8. Liability

Sellers indemnify Amazebazaar.com against claims arising from their products, listings or breach of these terms.
